Meadow Run Primary Bathroom Remodel

Primary bathroom remodel. We removed a small shower and jacuzzi tub. We installed a zero entry shower with a custom bench and niche. We installed a new double bowl vanity and a makeup/linen vanity with engineered quartz countertops.

Two upstairs bathroom remodels. Demoed both spaces to make room for a kids bathroom and a steam shower bathroom. The kids bathroom includes a Alcove tub with glass enclosure and a niche. Furniture style vanity and wainscoting. Custom built-in around a cold air return. The steam shower bathroom includes a furniture style vanity and wainscoting. Toilet room with bidet toilet. Steam shower includes a fixed head, hand held, and rain head shower. The rain head includes speakers and scent. It is all controlled with a control panel that can electronically switch each system on and off. The steam shower also includes a large bench for relaxation and a custom shower enclosure to keep the steam in. 

Sedgefield Bathroom/Laundry Remodel

Primary Bathroom remodel with a zero entry shower and laundry. Removed a drop in tub and shower. Installed a laundry room space for empty nesters. Installed a large zero entry shower with no door. It includes a bench and hidden niche. Grab bars installed for aging in place living. Painted vanity with new tower. Wood like tile in the main floor. Lighted mirrors.

James Doak Mother In-Law Suite

Mother In-Law Suite/Sunroom. Mother In-law suite that could be turned into a sunroom when needed. Includes a zero entry shower, cedar beams, skylights, Trex tropical deck, and a stamped concrete patio.

Cedar Ridge Farm Home Remodel

Whole home remodel. Stone fireplace surround with a woodburning soap stone stove. Bathroom remodel with new layout for larger shower and his and her vanities. Kitchen remodel with a larger eat at island. Stone on the exterior and painted columns to keep the same cohesive look inside and out.

Lake Brandt Home Renovation

Whole home remodel. Demoed the kitchen, flooring, primary bathroom, and popcorn ceiling. Installed a new custom layout kitchen with large eat in island, quartz countertops, and a mosaic tile backsplash. Installed primary bathroom shower with a linear drain and a floating bench for more foot room. Installed a custom vanity and linen cabinet with quartz countertops.
